Paola is an expert in Marketing, Business Development and Communication for law firms, Paola worked as a corporate litigation lawyer from 1994 to 2000 when she became the Business Development Manager Italy for Clifford Chance. In 2004 she started her own consultancy firm as a legal marketing and communication consultant for law firms, legal associations and institutions, both Italian and international. The firm took the name of Paris & Bold in 2013 when, following her client activities she entered the international market. Since 2016 Paris & Bold works in strategic alliance with Venturis Consulting Group.
Profile & Professional background
Paola’s experience in business development and communication for law firms started in 2000 with Clifford Chance LLP’s offices in Italy where she had responsibility for HR, communication and business development for the firm’s three Italian offices, the firm: Milan, Rome and Padua.
Paola set up the business development office starting from zero, implementing the junior staging program, creating all the marketing templates for the firm, and coordinate all the global procedure for BD and HR sectors.
Paola followed the partner selection process for some Italian candidates and helped the firm joining the network’s international standards.
Paola holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna – Alma Mater Studiorum. Moreover, she was a visiting professor for the International and Technology law at the Law Faculty of the University of Padua, between 2001 and 2005.
She is frequently invited as a speaker to conferences, seminars and workshops on marketing and organization for law firm, such as Italian national Bars’, Rome and Milan local bars’, IBA Italy, ASLA, AIGA and others.
