Rebecca is a partner at Venturis Consulting Group and heads the Paris practice. Her work focuses primarily on talent acquisition, development and retention strategies in international/national law firms, especially in Paris and London. She has carried out extensive research management and her work draws from the best practices as well as from her collaboration with leading experts in leadership, mentoring and coaching and change management.
Of Franco-British heritage, Rebecca trained as a lawyer with Ashurst in London and practiced finance law in Allen & Overy’s Paris office for nearly six years. Her experience as a lawyer laid the foundations for her present work as a management consultant.
Rebecca studied law both in Paris and in London where she qualified as an English law lawyer in 2004. She is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Rebecca also holds a post-graduate certificate in Career and Talent Management from CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in London.
Rebecca is a TMA (Talent Motivation Assessment) accredited expert. She works with partners across Europe using a range of leadership, talent, motivations, teams and potential specific assessment tools.

Rebecca is the founder and a director of the Institute of Mentoring which provides insight, research and publications to advance mentoring best practices in the legal profession.
She carries out long terms research projects with Harvard Professor Heidi Gardner. Together they are involved in pilots implementing mentoring and collaboration initiatives in the context of international law firms and networks.
Rebecca is an officer and advisory board member of the International Bar association (Law Firm Management Committee) and chairs the Talent and Leadership Working Group. She is also a consulting editor on behalf of the International Bar Association.
